Monthly support package (12 month term)

Prices start from as little as £9 per employee per month.

For a fixed monthly fee Razor will provide an agreed level of HR advice and support, as and when your business requires it.

​

Unlike other HR consultancies and platforms, we do not tie you in for 5 years with our packages being 12 months minimum as standard.

Included within our base-level HR support package is:

• Unlimited HR telephone or video conference support

• Start of service HR audit will allow you to check your compliance and identify areas for improvement.

• Review of all existing HR policies and procedures, and provision of new/amended policies (or handbook) should this be required.

• 6 monthly review meetings with one of the directors to discuss your business, how we are supporting your needs, and to enable us to jointly put together a plan to assist with up-and-coming business developments, changes, and challenges.

• The production of/revision of new Contracts of Employment templates (Written Statement of Employment Particulars) for all types of employees (e.g., permanent, fixed term, zero-hours, etc.).

• Subsequent ongoing updates to contractual employee documentation as a result of new legislation and/or changes.

• Bespoke letters are produced for all your employment-related matters.

• 2 free remote training courses per employee per year

Also included is significantly discounted hourly rates for HR support that requires more in-depth advice.  (e.g., pay and reward projects, complicated disciplinary/grievance processes, performance management design, etc.).

Hourly Bundles

 

Purchase a bulk package of hours at a discounted rate, unlike other HR service providers there is no expiry on these hours. How can we make them expire when you don’t know when you need support?

We make sure you have peace of mind of knowing that we are there to support, you at short notice whenever you need assistance.

These hours can be used for any purpose, whether it be drafting an employee contract, responding to a legal letter or carrying out an investigation the choice is yours. You can use your hours when you need them and bank the rest!
