Managing Director Blog

It’s our first Christmas as a company and it’s been a whirlwind 5 months since we incorporated. Looking across the office I’m extremely proud of how far we’ve come in that short amount of time. On our journey we’ve taken on trusted friends and ex colleagues, young talented local individuals with passion that I’ve never seen rivalled in my 34 years on this planet. We’ve collaborated with countless local businesses, and we continue to build relationships with organisations large and small across the world.

Over the last month we’ve undertaken some exciting work, consulted for some great minds and helped hard working, extraordinary entrepreneurs achieve their business aims. Each and every day brings us new challenges and we rise to each and every one with more enthusiasm and hard-working spirit than the last.

Our young team are growing in confidence, gaining more experience and being introduced to exciting new challenges on a daily basis. None more so than our attendance at Europe’s largest business exhibition in November. Over 2 days on November 24th to 25th Razor Global Solutions not only attended but also exhibited and delivered seminars at the event.

Over the course of the 2 days, we collectively engaged with well over 10,000 exhibitors, entrepreneurs and SME's. Every member of our team took to the ‘daunting’ task of communicating what our company does, our ethos and how we are set up to help businesses of all sizes achieve their aims. To see them engage so confidently and passionately with so many people minute after minute throughout the two days actually made me feel proud that we are doing a good thing here at Razor Global Solutions. The feedback from other exhibitors and potential customers was incredible and we are going places!

It’s a reflection of how well our team performed at the show that I’m still having conversations with fellow exhibitors and visitors alike who were simply bowled over by the enthusiasm and personality of our staff. Even more incredible when compared to some of the lifeless exhibitors we engaged with at the show who clearly had no passion for their brand or their services. We had a clear objective for the show – be yourself, show your personality and our company will be represented in the best possible light. It was the right ethos, and we sent the right message.

2022 is going to be an incredible year for Razor Global Solutions and whilst I’m notoriously hard to please or extract emotion from, even I’m excited for what’s to come. It’s going to be incredibly hard work but myself and Tamsin are building a team that can help us take on challenges that are impossible to many.

Merry Christmas
