Matt prides himself on empowering his staff internally to achieve, this filters out through all the companies Razor Consulting work with. He is an experienced business transformation specialist with a track record in driving change through applying common sense.

Tamsin is an accomplished senior legal advisor and compliance specialist with extensive experience in recruiting, banking, and healthcare industries. Tamsin holds over 20 years’ experience with areas of expertise including, litigation, intellectual property, commercial, contract, fraud and land law. Tamsin is recognised for strategic thinking with significant international legal experience and a proven track record for advising on, designing and successfully delivering complex regulatory and corporate change programmes to meet objectives.
