He specialises in business transformation, bids and tenders, project management, and people, bringing together practical process improvement with clear, measurable results. Matt has led complex change programmes for new and established organisations, helping teams simplify how they work, tighten governance, and turn strategy into delivery.
As a bids and tenders specialist, Matt focuses on compliance, value, and win themes, shaping compelling submissions that reflect each client’s real strengths. In project management, he is pragmatic and structured, guiding projects from discovery to delivery with strong controls and clear communication. With roots in recruitment and HR, Matt builds fair, robust processes that find the right people, protect the organisation, and strengthen culture.

Lillian is a senior commercial and HR leader with over 20 years’ experience across construction, the NHS, banking, and legal environments. She blends practical HR expertise, workforce planning, recruitment, ER, and culture change, with sharp commercial thinking to improve performance, reduce risk, and deliver value.
Known for clear, grounded advice and strong stakeholder management, Lillian has led organisation-wide change programmes, built compliant yet pragmatic people frameworks, and partnered with operational teams to streamline processes, uplift capability, and strengthen governance. Her background in legal and compliance informs her approach without dominating it, she focuses on outcomes, not red tape, helping businesses make confident decisions, mobilise teams, and achieve results that last.
